We’ve recently won some awards, but I think the biggest achievement is that, in an industry where people often come and go, my team is still together after 20 years.

Anne Humphries, Geoff Cox and I have worked together for two decades, and we’re still going strong. Joss Reid joined us as a sales assistant in 2020. Without them, I couldn’t do what I do for our buyers and sellers, and I’m very thankful for the relationship we’ve built. We work together to provide outstanding service to our clients, and that’s what it’s all about.

As a team, we aim to be deeply immersed in our local community and serve buyers and sellers with the utmost integrity. After all, real estate is as much about people as it is about property.

The awards

In 2022, I was awarded the Ron Pillinger Award for the 16th year in a row, for being the number one selling principal for both transactions and income earned nationally.

The Ron Pillinger Award is part of the annual Richardson & Wrench awards, a franchise network I’m really proud to be a part of.

As I said at the time: I get the applause but it’s my team that makes what I do possible.

The award provides recognition that our team is dedicated to what we do and that we constantly go above and beyond for each of our clients – and every sale we make.

A team approach

One thing that makes my team unique in the fast-paced world of Sydney real estate is the longevity and loyalty of our relationship. It’s part of our success. We know each other well – and we work together seamlessly with well-defined roles. Our skills are complementary. And we agree on our approach: truth and honesty are vital, and the client needs to come first, above everything else.

As Anne says, over the decades, we’ve seen a lot of changes in each other’s lives as well as the property market and the area. And as Geoff says, we’ve sold a lot of good properties, but we’ve also had a lot of fun along the way.

Meet the team

Jason Boon's Team

Real estate is in Geoff Cox’s blood: he’s a fourth-generation agent. As a licensed Real Estate Agent and Strata Manager, he has excellent knowledge that allows him to put buyers at ease and provide his vendors with unparalleled service. He’s also won his fair share of awards in his own right.

Anne Humphreys sits between Geoff and me. She looks after vendor management and runs the diary. From setting up new properties and arranging vendor meetings to helping with opens, and from looking after pre-settlement inspections to managing settlement and all the important paperwork – we’d be completely lost without her.

Joss Reid is our sales assistant and the newest team member. He joined us in 2020, having worked for Richardson & Wrench for many years in property management and business development.
